  • Do I need to book an appointment?

    Appointments are not required for services but are highly recommended. G Fadez Barber Shop offers appointment bookings to all customers both new and existing. Since the majority of our clients pre-book in advance, appointements will take priority over walk-in's. 


    All walk-in's will be worked in accordingly in between pre-existing appointments and also depend on barber's availabilty. 

  • What payments do you accept?

    We accept cash and all major credit cards, contactless payments and Apple pay.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation Policy for G Fadez Barber Shop

    G Fadez Barber Shop requires a proper notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of previously booked appointments. All improper cancellations and/or missed appointments will be subject to an applicable fee assessment.


    Interpretation and Definitions


    The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


    Definitions


    For the purposes of Cancelled and/or Missed Appointments:


    Proper Notice is considered to be within the 24 hour time period, prior to your booked reservation. A proper notice may and/or will become void during the “No Exceptions” time period.


    No Exceptions Time Period is considered to be within the immediate 6 hour time period, prior to your booked reservation.


    Full Service Fee is considered to be the item cost price (at current menu pricing) for the service(s) which you would have received at the time of your booked appointment.


    Acknowledgment


    1.) All missed appointments without Proper Notice will require the Full Service Fee charged to customers card on file immediately.


    2.) Any Cancellation or Rescheduling made during No Exceptions Time Period will result in the Full Service Fee charged to customers card on file immediately.


    3.) If You are more than 5 minutes late for Your pre-booked appointment, We will not be able to accommodate You. In this case, the same Full Service Fee will apply.


    4.) Barber reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.


    *Booking site lets customer manually cancel and/or reschedule booked appointment 6 hours or more in advance.*

    "New Customer" Policy for G Fadez Barber Shop

    If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your service provided at G Fadez Barber Shop, you do not have to pay. We understand that meeting your expectations might be difficult when coming to a new barber shop and we offer a money back guarantee for every new customer.


    *If a free haircut is rendered by the barber for a unsatisfied service, barber will no longer be able to service customer in the future to avoid any potential problems.*
